A comprehensive media bias resource. There are currently 9100+ media sources, journalists, and politicians listed in their database and growing every day. Don’t be fooled by Questionable sources. Use the search feature to check the bias of any source using name or URL.

Nonpartisan, nonprofit “consumer advocate” for voters that aims to reduce the level of deception and confusion in U.S. politics. Monitoring the factual accuracy of what is said by major U.S. political players in the form of TV ads, debates, speeches, interviews and news releases, the goal is to apply the best practices of both journalism and scholarship, and to increase public knowledge and understanding. FactCheck.org is a project of the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania.

By the Poynter Institute, PolitiFact focuses on looking at specific statements made by politicians and rating them for accuracy. PolitiFact is run by the editors and journalists who make up the PolitiFact team. who write and rate statements independently, using their news judgment.

It provides nonpartisan information to the public with both general and state-specific information on various aspects of the election process including election ates, factual data on candidates, ballot measure information, early voting options, polling place locations, registration deadlines and more.
